Thankfully humans have recognized the valuable contributions of canines to human welfare and have declared a World Dog Day that needs to be celebrated with a woof, a bark, a lick and more goodies. Dogs love unconditionally. The least humans can do is love them in return and celebrate World Dog Day.
One way to celebrate this momentous canine event is
to adopt a pup, a stray pup or an abandoned dog. Bring a dog into your life and
it will never be the same again. Some people do some volunteer work in a dog
shelter or adopt a dog and take care of its costs in that shelter. Such dogs
would surely appreciate thoughtful gifts such as feeding bowls, dog apparel or
